Through our in-house laboratory, we check compliance with qualitative specifications throughout the entire process chain, because we feel obligated to meet your requirements.
Depending on the requirements, we offer the right type from our product portfolio or develop a tailor-made solution for your project in close cooperation with you and within a very short time.
Years of experience, a wide range of raw materials and a very well-equipped test laboratory enable rapid implementation. We support you from the beginning to the end of the projects, e.g. B. with the creation of samples, initial sample test reports, laboratory reports or declarations of conformity.
In addition, we provide a CO2 Certificate so that you can document the CO2 savings with the CAJOMID® RC compounds (Deliveries from 12.2021).

Homogenization | Blending
There are 10m3 mixing silos available with magnetic separators and a subsequent metal separator for non-magnetic metals.
They are available to you as a mixed service on request.
The overbelt magnetic separator from RKF is designed as a separate unit, so we can offer pure demetallization as a service with a good throughput.
Depending on the bulk density of the material, we achieve a throughput of 600-800 kg/h.
